Electrical upgrades: GMP has not connected the transformers yet. We continue to wait for them to provide us with a date when this will be performed.
Leach fields – the scheduled 5 have been completed – The next 5 are in the planning stage.
Snow creation contest plans will be announced – weather permitting – must have at least 3 residents to enter for the contest to take place. photos must be submitted.
GMP fixing street lamp lighting – PMA is the point of contact when lamps are out.
The communal compost has been discontinued as of January 1st due to increased costs to the co-op for contaminated pails. Each resident will be responsible for following the Vermont state composting laws. PMA posted a list of vendors that provide residential compost pick-up for the residents to consider. The funds that were allocated for the communal composting will now be applied to the recent Trash service increase.
The maintenance committee has attended to trees that needed maintenance and will continue to inspect throughout the Winter. Two Catch basins require replacement and will be assessed soon.
