Westbury January 2024 Recap

The next regular Board meeting tentative schedule is February 22, 2024

Treasures reports for the months of November and December were provided.

Electrical upgrade for Coventry will be completed in the Spring. Planning will begin for the next round of upgrades soon. The 5 priority Leach fields have been completed and the next 5 on the priority list are in the planning phase. 2 catch basins need replacement and are in the planning phase.

GMP has been notified of the street lights that need to be inspected.

PMA will be sending out the LRC 147 tax forms to all Westbury homeowners very soon.

The maintenance committee surveyed and resolved many of the fallen branches and trees during the 2 wind storms and will continue to inspect trees throughout the winter.

The chairperson position is open for the Rule & Bylaws committee for any Co-op member interested.

The Town of Colchester has sent our Property Management Company (PMA) a reminder that annual dog registrations are due in April.
