Treasurer’s financial report for Augustc b 2026 was provided
Funds from the Construction loan will be drawn to begin the next round of electrical upgrades permitting and planning. The engineer has listed 10 homes that have temporary feeds to be addressed in this next round of electrical upgrades.
7 Leach Field replacements are in the process of being performed for this 2026 fiscal year ( weather permitting)
Tree service evaluation will be performed in the very near future. Only trees that are evaluated as top priority and could potentially cause harm to person or property will be serviced. Emergency issues will be attended to at all times.
The Holiday Decoration contest was approved for December.
The Westbury Village donation to the Co-op was received and a portion will be given to the Social Committee for Holiday events.
