Treasurer report provided for the month of March
ROC Better Together small grant application has been submitted requesting a Laser printer and add-ons to replace the office copy machine. The award winner will be announced on May 21. 2024. Fingers crossed!!!
PMA report: Electrical work on Greenbriar/Waverly is in the process of completion. Still waiting for GMP to complete the Coventry electrical transformer connections.
PMA Community Rules drive-thru inspections are conducted regularly. This time of year many folks are doing home/lot improvements and may need a reminder of the Co-op process to do them. PMA & the Enforcement Committee will take note of those projects to make sure that a home/lot improvement request has been submitted for Co-op approval.
RJ Lang Construction will begin the work to reduce the large brush pile and level the surrounding ground very soon. Residents depositing brush is still suspended until further notice however the leaves can still be deposited in the leaf area.
Green Up Day May 4th – The Volunteer/Social Committee will be hosting refreshments for the Westbury volunteers and will be holding a raffle for a $50 Ace Hardware gift card for the participants.
Kiddo’s graduation recognition was approved by the Board for June.
Westbury Co-op 5th Anniversary Summer celebration was approved by the Board for June 29th/ Rain date of July 13th more info to follow.
The Pump House roof will be replaced with the help of the Maintenace Committee and member volunteers tentatively scheduled sometime in May.
Susan L spoke on behalf of residents regarding this year’s tree removal. The request was that more detail be provided to the residents about the reasons for the removal and more specific notice of when the service is going to occur. PMA will connect with our tree service vendor to discuss putting in place a system that may achieve those goals.
The Board has voted to conduct the Annual meeting outdoors on August 22, 2024. More Info to follow.
The pool is tentatively scheduled to open on Friday, June 14th. More info to follow.
