Electric – Transformer work to begin on 2 roads very soon Leach Field Replacements for 5 homes are in the design phase for this Season Cath Basins to be repaired soon.
Tree service conducted for 2024 3/11 & 12th completed. Vendor returned at the end of March to complete additional tree service needed for all priority trees that were hazardous to person or property.
Lawn Care vendor was selected for the 2024 Season and will begin service in April ending in October
EPA-mandated water service line inventory inspection is being explored surrounding the state’s requirements for each home to be inspected.
ROC – Better Together grant to apply for a Laser printer was approved by the Board.
The maintenance committee continues to perform ground clean-up and inspect for tree/branch issues as a result of the winter climate
The Co-op dump truck is not in great condition and will be a huge expense to repair so it will be used for lighter jobs within the park while it still has some life to it.
The common area brush pile will be on the committee’s to-do list shortly. Depositing any new brush is still suspended until they can begin to catch up on the existing pile.
May 4th green up day in the park needs volunteers. The Volunteer/Social committee will begin to organize refreshments at their next committee meeting on April 11, 2024
Volunteers are strongly needed to help the Maintenance committee with all projects.
This time of year gets very busy with Home/Lot Improvement requests. We must submit the request form to the Co-op first. Forms are located in the mailroom wall file, and can be printed from this website in the document section downloadable fillable forms section or submitted digitally in the online forms section. Requests are collected by PMA on Wednesday and provided to the Home/Lot Improvement committee to arrange an inspection of the request. Please allow a turnaround time of approx 2 weeks. Getting your request submitted by Wednesday morning will help expedite the process.
If a Town permit is required, approval and an authorized signature from the Co-op is needed. The Town will not accept any permit applications without the authorized signature or with any alterations to the application.
