Landlord Certificates play a vital role in the Renter Credit Program. The Renter Credit is a refundable tax credit available to eligible Vermont residents who rented during the prior calendar year. Renters may be eligible even if they are not required to file a tax return.

The completion of the electrical upgrade on Coventry Rd is planned for the Spring. The delay has been due to GMP’s difficulty scheduling the transformer connections.

Tree service is tentatively scheduled very shortly to attend to the priority list of trees that are potentially hazardous to persons or property.

CDI (Cooperative Development Institute continues to move forward with water/wastewater grant opportunities for the Westbury community.

Security Cameras have been repositioned in the common areas near and around the workshed and office/mailroom.

Mobile Home Improvement Repair Program (MHIR) continues to be taking applications. Eligibility requirements are broad. Contact CVOEO for assistance with filling out the application (802) 862-2771

Maintenance Committee- continues to keep a watchful eye on the grounds and address repairs and maintenance issues. Volunteers are needed for light tasks during the Spring & Summer. Volunteerism is a large factor in keeping the lot rent increase manageable. Contact G.Pezzo [email protected].

The Volunteer/Social Committee will begin to plan the Green Up Day event as well as the Summer Celebration & Co-op 5th anniversary event.
