The Maintenance Committee will be purchasing a vac water pump to assist with keeping the water shut-off areas cleared and clean. The stump grinder needs to be sold. 5th-anniversary celebration with DJ Wayne – The event was a success and all had a great time. Cotton candy was a huge hit. The mosquitos tried to eat us alive but we all survived. : )

Congratulations to the winner of the raffle drawing for the $50 cash prize} Sharon and Eric G – Ashford Lane

The park looks beautiful!!! Much thanks to our awesome landscaper -and the volunteer maintenance committee crew as well as all the other volunteers who keep the mailroom and grounds neat and tidy.

The Co-op is mandated by the State/EPA to perform a water pipe inventory to inspect the pipes for lead and galvanized iron that connect from the ground to our mobile home. You will receive an email from PMA for the first group of homes that will be scheduled for this inspection. Each road/home will be notified as the scheduling continues. The skirting will need to be removed and once the inspection has been performed the skirting will be replaced. Please be patient this is a large undertaking with 250 homes needing to be done. The inventory inspection is scheduled to begin in mid-August and should be completed early September weather permitting.

The Mead & Hunt Historians will be surveying the park the week of July 29th. They will be taking photos from the common areas to put together a brief of the park layout.

Roger Williams University Associate Professor of Artichecture will be conducting a field study of the unique features of our lovely park. This work will help raise awareness across the architectural profession about the potential role of resident-owned communities in meeting our state and country’s need for long-term affordable housing.

Have a lovely rest of the Summer and be safe!
