We are asking that for the future residents that submit their home/lot improvement requests in the office drop box to have them in by Wednesday of each week. This will allow for more continuity in tracking and help to keep the turn around time within a 2 week period.
Once it is collected by PMA they will send them to the Home/Lot Improvement committee so they can inspect the project at the home/lot where the improvement is being performed. After they make the determination whether it can be approved it will then be conveyed to the homeowner so they can begin their project.
The home/lot improvement request form needs a signature from the committee member and will be filed accordingly.
If a Town permit is required it must have an authorized signature from the Co-op or the town will not accept the permit application.
Paper Home/Lot improvement requests as well as town permit applications may be found in the mailroom.
If the request is filled out and submitted on the website in Document Section in Online Forms it does expedite the process by a few days.
