The August financial report was provided and is available to co-op members upon request
Electrical upgrade on Coventry began a little later than scheduled due to inclement weather and some emergency electrical situations for 2 homeowners, unrelated to the upgrade. Work has resumed and will continue (weather permitting) until completion. The meter boxes will be given a unique number for each upgrade for easy identification.
Leach field replacements are still waiting on permitting.
Removal of an in ground fuel tank and out door replacement at the office is being planned with the help of the maintenance committee.
Winter Maintenance snow removal vendor was selected. Bushey & Sons will provide the service this year. The fee has increased by 9k for 2022/2033 however the other bids were not competitive to Bushy’s proposal for the same service.
The ARPA grant submitted by CDI will be announced this coming month. Fingers crossed that we are selected.
New Home Installation step by step guidelines as well as other specifications will be placed on the website shortly. Once pma receives the home lot improvement request they will handle it from there to make sure all requirements, details, documents, insurance certification, permits and time frame are in place. The Board has implemented a policy that the Co-op must approve the electrician that will be doing any of the site work.
Information & updates surrounding the Village Project will continue to be distributed by members of the Village Project Team. Info will be provided to all the residents in the Westbury community. Either in the common area mailroom, emails, snail mail, village project in person meetings and telephone calls as well as the village group page.
