Coventry Electrical upgrade continues to be delayed and is scheduled for completion as soon as the weather permits.
The Maintenance committee will begin planning for Green Up Day in the first week of May. Volunteers are welcome.
The Social Committee plans to provide refreshments for the Green Up Day maintenance committee and volunteers.
Property Tax reassessment has been a topic of conversation among the residents. The Board has been gathering information to provide to the residents.
With the warm weather coming, it’s important that home/lot improvement request forms are submitted early to avoid holding up residents’ project planning. The forms are picked up on Wednesdays. Expect a 2-week turnaround time.
