This Spring 5 priority Leach fields will be replaced, and the new plan for another 5 priority Leach fields for 2026/27 has been approved.
The final steps of the Coventry Rd electrical upgrade continue to be delayed due to the electrician and the 2 homeowners having difficulty coordinating their schedules.

Many residents had issues with frozen pipes over the very frigid days in February. Heat tape inspection to ensure it’s working and keeping your home’s heat high during those cold days/nights are steps to help prevent that from occurring. Using the extra fuel may be expensive, but the consensus is that it is more expensive if pipes or frozen pipes occur.
Speeding and running stop signs have been reported numerous times in the past month. This is a serious violation and is treated as such. Anyone who observes this happening is asked to record the plate number and report it to the Colchester Police Department and Property Management Associates. If you are unable to obtain the plate number but know the car’s model and color, please report it to PMA.
The maintenance committee has been closely monitoring snow and windy weather. If you have a tree that you are concerned is a hazard to persons or property, please fill out a service request. If it is an emergency than call PMA.
