The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2025
The Treasures report was conducted for the month of April.
May Green Up Day was a success, with over 25 volunteers contributing to tasks that included maintaining our lovely park, as well as repairing the Office building’s wooden fence and replacing many of the pickets, which look fantastic! The Social Committee provided refreshments and a raffle to the volunteer participants. The lucky winners were Greg F. for the $50 cash prize and Wayne G. for a unique coin donated by Dan D.
The Social Committee will plan the Summer Celebration, 6th Anniversary event, tentatively scheduled for June or July. TBA The committee intends to celebrate the kids with a treat when they exit their buses on the last day of school, tentatively scheduled for June 13th. Please note that if your kiddo does not use the bus, they are also welcome between 2:45 and 4:15 p.m.
The pool is scheduled to open tentatively in the second week of June. TBA Please review the pool rules. The hours of operation will be posted very shortly. The security camera is in operation at all times. You must sign in and include all individuals who are present or will be accompanying you within the pool gate. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please use the pool at your own risk and responsibly. There may or may not be a volunteer attendant at the pool to monitor safety and compliance. Please remove all trash and put it in the trash can outside the gate.
Four priority Leach Field replacements are in the planning stage, with the work scheduled to begin tentatively in July. Those Homeowners will be notified when the work is expected to start.
PMA and the enforcement committee will conduct weekly drive-through lot inspections during both the day and evening. A first notice reminder will be sent for a Community Rules violation. If there is a home repair that may create a mess on your lot, or you will be away for any length of time and unable to mow your lawn, please notify Property Management at (802) 860-3315 to prevent receiving a non-compliance notice.
Please keep the mailroom tidy. We do have a volunteer who attends to it once a week; however, your cooperation will help to keep it clean in between.
Please remind the kiddos on the electric bikes that the speed limit is 15 MPH at all times.
Please keep your dogs leashed, including on your lot. The Town of Colchester required registration renewals as of April. Please submit your ESA dog registrations and cat updated vaccination records to PMA as soon as possible.
The Gazebo will be moved to an area on the side of the pool very soon. The Gazebo is for everyone’s enjoyment.
