- Submit Home/Lot Improvement request form to PMA in the mailroom office drop box by Wednesday of each week
- Project will be inspected and considered for approval. If approved the form will be signed by PMA or an authorized committee member
- If a town building permit is required. The H/L Improvement committee will inform you.
- You will then need to fill out a permit application and get it signed by a co-op authorized signature. Once signed a copy needs to be submitted in the drop box. The town will not accept this application without this co-op signature.
- Once you have taken these steps bring the permit application to the town & pay the required fee.
- Once the permit has been approved by the town a copy must be provided to PMA and can be submitted in the drop box.
- Read the requirements on the permit and you are ready to begin your Home/Lot Improvement project.
- At some point the H/L improvement committee will inspect the completed project. The town requires that the homeowner close out the permit.
- During the project if you have any questions please contact [email protected]. or contact PMA at [email protected] or (802) 860-3315 Scott Michaud. Good Luck with your project!!!
- This process will help to expedite the process with a goal set of a 2 week turn around time for all documents and approvals to be put in place.
- Home/Lot improvement request forms are located in the mailroom wall file. Permit applications are often in that file as well or you can obtain them online at the Town website.
Hope this helps!
