The committee has been doing inside garage and equipment jobs during these extreme cold spells as well as helping when possible with issues that arise from the freezing conditions that have occurred around the park. They have been doing a great job with maintaining the office walkway and mailroom cleaning. We would like to thank them for their commitment and for all that they do to keep our community safe and clean.

The Village Project continues in the investigative phase. Cost analysis, financial comparison and information is being gathered. Letters have been sent to our Town manager, Selectboard chair person and state representative to gather details and support for the idea. A draft charter is in the works. The residents will be provided all the details on the information once we have something to report that will indicate whether this idea is strongly beneficial to our community. Nothing moves forward without the support of our community. If you have any questions regarding this project please contact g. pezzo at [email protected].

Gentle reminded: If you are planning any outdoor projects for the Spring you will need to fill out a home/lot improvement form and submit it to PMA. You can find that form on this website in the downloadable forms section and print it out or you can fill it out in the fillable forms section or obtain a paper form in the mailroom. The quickest way for it to get to PMA is to fill it out on the website. Once they receive it they will have the Home/Lot improvement committee come to inspect the project details and let you know if the project can move forward as well as whether a permit is needed. The Town will not accept any permit applications without a Board or PMA signature.

Stay Safe and Stay Warm!
