A Board special meeting was held on 11/18th to approve Laura Gorskey as the closing attorney for the CFNE construction loan and to approve some changes in the NAC/JLeclair project manager contract for the electrical project.
Tree assessment will be conducted and bids gathered in the next couple of weeks. Only hazardous and necessary priority tree work will be considered for the 2021/2022 period.
The Rules Enforcement Committee along with the board has developed a binding process for overseeing Community Rules violations that helps to provide a reasonable time frame to bring the violations to compliance 1st notice: provides the reason for the notice and 30 days to comply 2nd notice: a reminder and 15 days to assure you have received the notice 3rd notice: (certified, return receipt requested) will state that prior notices have been ignored and if not resolved within 10 days, legal action may be taken at the homeowners expense. Any notice sent is a reflection of the Community Rules that was voted for by the majority of the membership. All notices that have previously been sent and overlooked will be sent the 3rd final notification immediately.
The Volunteer/Social Committee will be coordinating a Christmas/Holiday Decoration contest/competition with a chance to win 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes. Registration & details will be posted in the very near future. All residents are eligible and encouraged to enter.

The Village Plow Project will be moving into the investigation phase to gather information for the logistics, legal, financial details surrounding forming a village. More FAQ’s will be posted shortly. Keep the questions coming.
