Next regular Board meeting tentatively scheduled for December 11, 2025, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Treasurer’s report provided for August/September. The fiscal year began on October 1, 2025.
Coventry Electrical upgrades are nearing completion. Interior access with homeowners is needed for completion.
A meeting will be held with D&K Engineering to discuss their electrical conditions report and next steps. Moving forward, the focus and priority will be on addressing the temporary lines.
Roof replacement will be performed the first week in November.
Priority leach fields are in the process of being permitted, and the plan is to replace 5 in the Spring.
The Maintenance committee meetings will be paused until April 2026. The crew will continue to address issues that occur throughout the Winter.

The December holiday decoration contest, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes, was approved by the Board. More information will be posted as we approach the December holidays.
