The next scheduled meeting is the annual membership meeting along with the 6th Co-op anniversary celebration on August 19, 2025. There will most likely be a brief regular meeting following the adjournment of the annual membership meeting. A raffle ticket will be provided when a member in good standing signs in to receive their official ballot. There will only be one raffle prize once a quorum is achieved for the meeting to begin. It’s a super great prize this year. I hope you can be there for the drawing.
Absentee ballots are not counted toward the quorum but will be counted once the quorum is achieved.
The draft/sample ballots provided in the membership packet will NOT be counted as an official vote.
Packets will be mailed to all members by the August 9th. Please review the packet thoroughly. If you do not receive a packet by August 15th, contact PMA (802) 860-3315 and let them know.
The Treasures report was provided for the month of June, as well as the proposed fiscal budget(2025/26), to be presented to the membership.
Property Management reported that the 4 Leach field replacements will be completed by early August. The Coventry Electrical upgrade project will be completed in the very near future once the electrician is available weather permitting to complete our Coventry upgrades fully.
This year’s Leach fields have been completed, and the next set of tentatively four priority Leach fields are being scheduled for this coming fiscal year. Those on the watch list are being carefully monitored and pumped frequently as needed. Please contact PMA if you detect any odor, bubbling from your lawn or any unusual occurrences associated with your septic system.
The Office building requires a new heating and cooling system. PMA is obtaining more estimates for the replacement.
The Maintenance Committee reported that vehicle repairs & Chipper repair are needed. An inspection of the Office building roof needs to be done, and estimates obtained. We may need to contract for the cleaning of catch basins that are beyond the scope of the maintenance committee’s expertise and availability.
The Maintenance Committee has placed 15 MPH marked on the roads to remind us of the speed limit. Please drive slowly. We have several young children, kiddos on bikes and scooters and loads of wildlife in the park to protect.
There has been a Bear sighted in the park on several occasions as well as Fisher cat, Bob cat and Fox. Please keep your cats inside and your dogs on a leash. Be safe and take in your bird feeders. Warden says main attraction is Bird feeders and dogs.
