The treasurer’s report was conducted for the month of May. The Financial Committee will be meeting to review and propose the 2025/26 Co-op operating budget and capital improvement plan in July.
Kiddo’s graduation was a great success. Kids enjoyed themselves with games, music, and treats. Parents were grateful for the recognition of the kiddos’ hard work.

There has been an increase in speeding in the park, prompting consideration of speed bumps to slow down drivers.
Drive-thru lot inspections are yielding many mows going unkept for long periods. Mowing is required to be done regularly.
The pool opened officially on June 16th. The use of the pool is for Westbury residents only and their guests. Please remember to sign in and read the pool rules.
