Gentle reminder: PMA picks up home/Lot Improvement forms from the drop box every Wednesday. Expect at least a 2-week turnaround time from the time the form is picked up. Projects requiring a Colchester building permit can often take 2 to 4 weeks for approval. Therefore, it’s essential to submit your forms before Wednesday’s pickup.
Enjoy the warm weather!
