The Maintenance Committee will begin to meet again regularly to develop plans for the spring and summer tasks.
The Social Committee will begin to meet regularly, beginning in April, to coordinate events for the spring and summer.
It appears that the GMP electricity bills have increased approximately 5% as of November, affecting our residents individually and the Co-ops bill.
