Westbury September 2024 Recap

Next tentatively scheduled Board meeting on October 24, 2024

Lot Rent Increase notices were sent to the residents and the increase will begin on November 1, 2024

Treasurer’s report for July/August was presented.

Interview with TCE/Bowman Company as a potential candidate for design, permitting, and construction planning of Electrical upgrades as well as the Septic Leach Field replacements etc.

The EPA water line inventory inspection has been completed for all 250 homes. PMA will be notified of the inspection outcome.

PMA – Ormond Bushey & Sons Snow Removal proposal was selected for the 2024/2025 Winter season to begin November 1st.

The Maintenance Committee reported that Westbury identification magnets have been placed on the work truck. The stump grinder has been sold.

The basketball court walkway has been repaired.

Homes for sale: 175 Lexington Rd- (Sold), 184 Waverly Circle – (Sale pending), 111 Brennan St. (Sale pending)

WHAI did not make the cut for congressional spending grants for 2024/25 electrical. We will apply again this coming year.

The pool officially closed on September 8, 2024, _ Thank you to the attendants who open and close each day and keep the pool’s surrounding areas clean and tidy.

The Rules and Bylaw amendments voted by the Membership have been revised in those documents and are currently updated and posted on the Westbury Website in the document section.

The Social Committee will be meeting on October 10th to discuss Fall & Winter event planning.
