Treasurer reports for the months of July and August were conducted. Financials are available to members upon request.
Winter maintenance plowing and trash vendor agreement were approved by the Board for the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
CDI – reviewed grants and eligibility requirements – working on ARPA Healthy Home grant applications
The newly elected Board members and incumbents for the same positions were approved officially and added to the Roster
Leach Field replacements – waiting on state design approval and permits
Electrical transformers are now available and waiting for GMP to connect with our Electrician.
Hydrants have been flushed by our vendor
Volunteer/Social Committee – Committee members will greet the kiddos at the bus stop after school with a Halloween treat on 10/31/23.
PMA & Maintenance along with the tree service vendor assessed priority trees that were dead or hazardous. Once the estimate is received the Board will discuss how and when to move forward based on the budget and vendors’ recommendations. Essex Electric has informed us that the Transformers have become available and they will be coordinating with GMP to have them connected to the Coventry electrical upgrade in the near future.
Maintenance committee – weekly grounds maintenance is performed on Mondays. * Painted road markings scheduled for entrance/exit very soon * Solar light placements scheduled while there is still foliage * Security camera repair is being addressed * Brush drop off is still suspended until the maintenance committee crew catches up with the huge pile * Pump house roof repair will be done as soon as volunteer manpower is available * Vehicle repairs and maintenance done * Branch and small tree removal done
Rule amendments have been added to the Community Rules and the active schedule of fees has been posted in the document section of the website. The Schedule of fees is in effect on October 1, 2023

On September 26, 2023, The Selectboard concurred that the residents of Westbury had taken the necessary steps to create the Incorporated Municipal Village of Westbury. The next step is for the name and bounds to be recorded in the office of the Town Clerk and posted in two or more places in the village.
