Our Regular Board meeting was held on December 9, 2021 Next tentatively scheduled regular Board meeting is January 27, 2022.
The October & November financial report was presented and is available to all Coop members upon request.
Tree service vendors did an evaluation throughout the last week in November to determine trees that are priority trees that are hazardous and needing removal. They may have entered your lot for a brief period to make this assessment. The Board reviewed bids from Barret’s & DJ’s tree service and has approved the proposal from Barrett’s tree service. Proposals are available upon request.

The Village Project is in the investigative phase researching the logistics of other villages and their budget and expenses. Contact is being made with our Vermont representatives and influencers for input and guidance on the idea of Westbury forming a Village.

The Board approved a 60 day time frame to be documented on the application for those interested in purchasing a home in Westbury. The application is valid after Board approval for that period of time before a new credit check, background check and references calls would need to be performed a second time.
The majority of residents have been submitting updated vaccinations for their pets as required. Thank you all for your cooperation. Those that have not will be receiving a notice from PMA that it is past due.
Maintenance Committee continues the weekly park clean up, vehicle & tool repair as well as maintaining common area safety and appearances.
The Volunteer/Social committee has organized a Holiday Decoration contest with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes. Registration to enter the contest is required by December 19, 2021. Contact KathyG at [email protected]. PMA will be judging the winners date TBA.
Notices continue to be been sent by PMA to those residents that have community rule violations. If you have received a third and final notice and have not resolved the problem within 10 days of receiving that notice the next step will be a legal notice at the homeowners expense.
The Construction loan is almost finalized, we are just attempting to coordinate the last phase for the Board signatures that are required. The electrical upgrade project will then resume in the Spring as planned.
